Raising Concerns with the School
From time to time, parents/carers may be concerned about something they want to raise with the school. To enable such situations to be resolved quickly and effectively, the Governing Body has a Complaints Procedure.
It is intended that the procedure will provide simple steps to support those involved to resolve problems by informal means if at all possible. We expect that if issues are raised, this will be done in a non-adversarial manner. All matters raised will be treated with the appropriate level of confidentiality. The school will take all reasonable steps to address any issues raised.
Full details of complaints procedure may be obtained from the school office or the policy section of our website. All complaints must come to the school by hard copy. Emails will not be accepted.
