Composing with the Musician's Company - Year 2

2 Willow have been working with some marvellous musicians from the Musician's Company on a class composing project, inspired by Saint-Saëns 'Carnival of the Animals'. Over six workshop sessions, the children used their instruments and voices to create music for a set of new animals, including a rockstar koala!
They rehearsed and refined their performance before presenting it to Reception, Year 1 and 2 Sycamore in music assembly this morning. Congratulations on a fantastic performance 2 Willow! 2 Sycamore started their sessions with the Musician's Company today, and we are looking forward to seeing their creative outcomes soon!
